SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Processing Time

Our standard processing window is 2-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time you place your order.

 

Please note that we begin processing orders upon receipt.

 

During sales/promotional periods, processing times may exceed our standard processing window.

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking info. We do not issue refunds for orders or postage for lost, unclaimed, or undelivered packages. If a package returns as undelivered/unclaimed, the customer must follow up with the postal carrier.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the UK, Canada, Mexico, and other select countries worldwide.

 

International shipping rates are available during checkout. We are not responsible for any duties, import, taxes, customs, or other charges you may incur, or for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages.

 

Freight-forwarding services help reduce shipping costs to international destinations.

Express Shipping

When temperatures rise across the U.S. during the summer months, we recommend you ship express to prevent cream-based products (e.g., Cream-to-Powder Foundation and Complexion Stick) from being exposed to excessive heat for prolonged periods. We cannot control the climate during shipping. Warehouses/trucks/vans utilized by shippers are NOT climate-controlled.
 
Our products can release a bit of the ingredient oil/liquid in heated weather—this is sweating. It is NOT a ruined or spoiled product and is safe to use. Some customers put these items in a refrigerator for 5-10 minutes (do not overexpose) to return the product to a firmer state.

Refund and Return Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetics and our small-batch production process, all sales are final.

 

We do not offer refunds or returns for shade selection, texture preference, or general dissatisfaction.

 

Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged. If your item arrives damaged, please email support@lawsofnaturecosmetics.com within 7 days of delivery.

Shade Exchange Courtesy

We understand that selecting a shade online can be challenging.

 

As a courtesy, we offer a one-time shade exchange for one complexion product per customer, provided that:
 
• The request is made within 7 days of delivery
• The exchange is for a different shade of the same product
• The original item does not need to be returned
• Customers are responsible for shipping costs for the replacement item
 
This courtesy exchange is limited to one product per customer and cannot be applied to multiple items in the same order.
 
We strongly encourage using our Shade Match Quiz, Shade Support guidance, and contacting us before ordering to ensure the best match.
 
Laws of Nature Cosmetics reserves the right to decline exchange requests in cases of suspected misuse or abuse of this courtesy.
