How do I find my shade?

We recommend starting with our Shade Match Quiz, which helps identify your best match based on your undertone and depth. The quiz takes just a few seconds and is the easiest way to find the right shade online.

What if I choose the wrong shade?

Because cosmetics cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. However, we offer a one-time Shade Exchange Courtesy for one complexion product per customer if the shade is not a match. Please see our Shade Exchange Guarantee section in our policies for full details.

Can someone help me choose a shade?

Yes. If you need additional assistance, contact us via our Contact Us page. You may also include a photo of your skin in natural lighting for guidance.

Do you offer samples?

Yes. Samples of our Loose Powder Foundation are currently available. Samples are a great way to test a shade before purchasing a full-size product.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes. Laws of Nature Cosmetics products are vegan and cruelty-free. We do not test on animals, and our formulations are made without animal-derived ingredients.

Are your products silicone-free?

Yes. Our complexion products are formulated without silicones and are designed to work with the natural texture of the skin.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Our products are made with carefully selected ingredients and minimal fillers. However, because every individual’s skin is unique, we recommend reviewing the ingredient list and performing a patch test if you have sensitivities.

Where are your products made?

All Laws of Nature Cosmetics products are handcrafted in small batches in the United States to ensure quality, freshness, and attention to detail.

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

 

Please note that we begin processing orders upon receipt.

 

During sales and promotional periods, processing times may exceed our standard processing window.

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking info. We do not issue refunds for orders or postage for lost, unclaimed, or undelivered packages. If a package returns as undelivered/unclaimed, the customer must follow up with the postal carrier.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship to the UK, Canada, Mexico, and other select countries worldwide.

 

International shipping rates are available during checkout. We are not responsible for any duties, import, taxes, customs, or other charges you may incur, or for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages.

 

Freight-forwarding services help reduce shipping costs to international destinations.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please email support@lawsofnaturecosmetics.com within 7 days of delivery, along with photos of the damaged item and packaging, so we can assist you.

Why are all sales final?

Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetics and our small-batch production process, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for opened products. This policy helps maintain product safety and quality for all customers.

How do I create an account?

You can create an account by selecting Sign In/Account from the menu or by choosing My Account at the top of the site, then selecting Create an Account.

 

Creating an account allows you to track your orders, earn reward points, and manage your account information.

How do I join the rewards program?

Our rewards program is free to join. Simply create a customer account on our website.

 

Once your account is created and you are signed in, you will automatically begin earning reward points every time you shop.

How do I earn reward points?

You earn reward points every time you make a purchase while logged into your account.

 

Points are automatically added to your rewards balance after your order is completed.

How do I check my reward points?

To view your reward points:

 

  1. 1. Sign in through Sign In/Account from the menu or My Account link at the top of the website.
  2. 2. Click the Profile tab inside your account.

 

Your current reward points balance will be displayed there.

How do I redeem my reward points?

If you have enough points for a reward, you can redeem them directly from your account.

 

Simply sign in to your account, click the Profile tab, and select the reward you would like to redeem. A coupon code will be generated that you can apply at checkout.

Can I undo a reward after redeeming points?

Yes. If you haven’t used the reward at checkout, you can return it to your account.
 
1. Log in to your account
2. Open the Rewards panel (bottom right corner on the homepage)
3. Click My Rewards
4. Under Available Rewards, select Return Points
 
Your points will be added back to your account automatically.

Where can I see my redeemed rewards or coupons?

After signing in and clicking the Profile tab, you can view your redeemed rewards and coupon details, including discount value, conditions, and expiration dates.

Can I see my points history?

Yes. Your account dashboard displays a history of how you earned and redeemed reward points.

Can I manage my product reviews from my account?

Yes. After signing in to your account and opening the Profile tab, you can view and manage reviews you have submitted for products.
